Personal Training in the UK
Whether you are completely new to personal trainers or have already been exercising for a while now, a personal trainer can benefit anyone in the UK. I will enable you to stay motivated and help you progress towards your fitness goals and a healthier lifestyle.
I am a fully qualified personal fitness trainer, I provide one-to-one or small group personal training sessions to people in the Woking and surrounding areas of Surrey.
Training takes place in your home (I will provide all equipment needed). It may also take place outdoors in a local park if power walking, jogging or running are required as part of your UK training programme.
I can also write an individualised nutrition guide for you and provide advice on your lifestyle in order to increase your fitness and general well-being.
The Consultation and first session will be geared towards me finding out what your goals are, your likes and dislikes when it comes to keep fit. It will also consist of a medical questionaire, (required by UK law), blood pressure reading, physical measurements, strength, endurance and flexibility tests and postural analysis.
The information gathered from this will enable me to provide the right programme for you.
